We're excited to launch our Connection Culture online workshop in Fall, 2017! We'll be taking a limited number of learning groups through our initial course offering. We believe transformational learning happens when participants feel connected and accountable to a learning community.  We’ve designed our course from the ground up to create this experience. You will learn with like-minded colleagues and peers, and immediately apply what you're learning. Individuals and groups from organizations are welcome to join our beta launch. OUR TWO-STAGE TRAINING APPROACH

First, we’ll lead your internal Connection Culture coaches through our online training in learning groups. They’ll develop a Connection Culture mindset and gain the tools to train your people. Developing internal Connection Culture coaches is a key step in owning the process of becoming a Connection Culture.

Second, you’ll deploy your internal Connection Culture coaches to lead your people through our online training in learning groups. Our course will help your employees develop the mindset and skills they need to promote connection throughout the entire organization.
