CONNECTION CULTURE PULSE

A brief state-of-the-art assessment of your team’s culture, so you can develop a customized action plan to create a Connection Culture

REGISTER FOR THE CCP PILOT PROJECT!

Launching Spring, 2019

We're excited to launch a pilot project for the Connection Culture Pulse to collect normative data. This will be a one-time opportunity for a limited number of organizations to obtain a free assessment of their teams' cultures. After the pilot project period, you'll receive a report for each team assessed that provides a key driver analysis so you can immediately take action to build a Connection Culture. See below to learn more about the cost, administration process, benefits, and what the CCP covers.

VALIDATED BY THE HIGHEST SCIENTIFIC STANDARDS

The Connection Culture Pulse is a short, practical version based on the Connection Culture Inventory, a scientifically developed measure of our proprietary model of organizational culture.  The CCI assesses the three dominant culture types we have found in our research: connection, control, and indifference.  In addition, the CCI measures the three components of a Connection Culture, which we call the 3V Framework: Vision, Value, and Voice.  The CCP measures 3 key drivers of Vision, Value, and Voice based on our research. We continue to build industry norms to provide benchmarking and actionable results.

RELIABILITY

All 11 CCI scales meet the highest standard of reliability as measured by Cronbach’s Alpha coefficient. CCI Alpha coefficients range from .83 to .93, with a mean of .91, indicating a high degree of internal consistency according to scientific standards, which set .70 as the minimum coefficient for “acceptable” reliability.

VALIDITY

The CCI meets construct validity standards based on factor analysis procedures, and convergent and divergent validity based on correlations with numerous independent measures of organizational culture and engagement. Based on 400+ participants in 10 industries, using Structural Equation Modeling methodology, our research found that connected leadership practices promoted a Connection Culture, which in turn promoted higher team performance than cultures of indifference and control.
