You provide us an excel list with names, emails and 2-3 performance ratings for each team member, and basic organization information. We send unique links to each employee via the Qualtrics survey system. The CCI takes approximately 20-25 min to take. After the pilot data is all collected, we will provide a report for each team.

The Connection Culture Inventory is a scientifically developed measure of our proprietary model of organizational culture. It assesses the three dominant culture types we have found in our research: connection, control, and indifference. In addition, the CCI measures the three components of a Connection Culture, which we call the 3V Framework: Vision, Value, and Voice. We continue to build industry norms to provide benchmarking and actionable results.
All 11 CCI scales are designed to meet the highest standard of internal consistency as measured by Cronbach’s Alpha coefficient. Scientific standards set .70 as the minimum coefficient for “acceptable” reliability. Initial results show promising reliability.
We are developing the CCI to meet construct validity standards based on factor analysis procedures, and convergent and divergent validity based on correlations with numerous independent measures of organizational culture and engagement. An initial national study of 300+ managers demonstrated that the Connected Leadership Practices scales all strongly predicted employee engagement and leader performance.
